Maison de La Roche is in the heart of Ferrals les Corbieres, a rural village, in the Aude within the Languedoc Rousillion. We offer an intimate yet child friendly nest of three luxury holiday apartments close to all amenities in the glorious South of France. They may be booked together or individually. Off season they can be rented by the night for those seeking a midweek break or househunters.

The Upper Gite is reached up a flight of stairs via a shared landing. The spacious open plan sitting room and kitchen are kept cool in the hot summer months by the magnificent Plane tree outside the kitchen window (extra fans are provided and of course there are radiators for the winter.) The view from the sitting room area overlooks the courtyard and across the valley from a Juliette balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave etc. There is also plenty of picnic wear, with a cool bag or picnic basket and rugs. Large pine table with 4 chairs – high chairs and booster seats are available as well. We always ensure there are tea and coffee and basics available for you so you are not shopping from scratch. A bottle of local wine, some fresh bread and cheese will also be waiting for you on your arrival.

The Sitting Area has a big comfortable corner sofa and pouf. We have English TV and Blue Ray DVD players (we have an extensive DVD library available and happy to loan out films)

The Twin Bedroom leads off the sitting room. There is space enough for an extra bed if necessary. It is sympathetically decorated and accessorised by local vintage finds. The Master Bedroom also just off the sitting room is big and airy with a very comfortable double bed, and like the rest of the gite has high ceilings, exposed beams, original wooden flooring and local vintage antiquities dotted around. Most of the paintings are by a local artist.

The stylish bathroom has a huge walk in shower, modern loo and basin on a rustic hand built stand. There is also a full length mirror. All linen, bath and beach towels are provided and there is also a hairdryer.
