The accommodation comprises of a hallway, leading to a large lounge and dining area, equipped with TV, DVD, Music Center, ipod player, internet and telephone. Sliding doors lead onto the terrace and pool area. Large modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and all necessary electrical appliances. A separate utility room houses two washing machines. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, a large double bedroom with en suite shower , a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a further twin room which has a full bathroom opposite. On the first floor can be found the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and balcony providing wonderful views and over looking the pool area. All the bedrooms have sliding doors, leading to the pool and terraces, and are equipped with electric fans and radiators for winter use.

Maid service is provided 5 days per week, pool cleaning twice per week during the summer months and once a week the rest of the year. Cot and High Chair available.

Within easy reach of the villa are a number of holiday attractions to include water parks, several Golf courses, Aqualand Water park only 2km away and Slide & Splash only a 10 minute drive as is Zoomarine, providing wonderful entertainment for all the family. The nearest town of Armacao de Pera was once a fishing village, but is now a thriving resort providing a host of shops, restaurants, bars, beach bars, a highly regarded fish market and a vegetable market. The 2 mile long sandy beach providing water sports facilities to include windsurfing, paragliding, canoeing, sailing and jet skis.
