The accommodation consists of a large lounge and dining area, equipped with TV, DVD, music center, internet and wood burning stove for winter use. Sliding glass doors lead onto a circular terrace and down steps to the pool terraces. Well equipped modern kitchen and separate utility, offering a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric oven and gas hob and all necessary electrical appliances. There are three bedrooms located on the ground floor, one double with en suite shower room, two twin rooms with en suite bathrooms/shower room and all have electric fans or radiators for winter use. On the first floor is the Master Bedroom, dressing room, en suite bathroom and large balcony over looking the gardens and pool area. An exterior staircase leads down to a circular terrace and the pool. Maid service is provided 5 days per week, pool cleaning twice per week during the summer months and gardeners visit once per week. A car is essential for this villa. A cot and high chair is also available.
