Ivy Gite

This 3 bedroom Gite (2 double and 1 twin bedrooms) sleeps 6 and will also accommodate a baby in a travel cot. This makes this Gite ideal for larger families or two families or alternatively a lovely large Gite for 1 family

Floor area 80m2 - In addition all rooms within the Gite have electric heating

Within each Gite:

You will receive a complimentary welcome pack, which includes: Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Fresh juice, pack of biscuits and of course a bottle of wine!

Map and Directions - A laminated map (A4 size) of Locmine town and directions from the Gites to the 10 restaurants detailed on our website

A tray with a good selection of tourism leaflets for the local area

The Gite consists of:

Open Plan Living Area

With tiled floors and open beamed ceilings the lounge / diner has a comfortable seating and dining area for 6 people.

There is a DVD player and a television with Satellite (receiving English TV and Radio channels, BBC, ITV and many more).

The lounge features the original fireplace with a wood-burning stove for the cooler evening if you take a winter break with us.

A glazed door leads from the lounge to your own private garden.

There is also a French TNT system receiving Free to air french television ideal for weather reports

Kitchen / Dining Area

This is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, including all you need for your stay:

Bedroom 1

A twin room with original beams exposed. The room has 2 comfortable beds, mirror, bedside cabinet and lamp. There is a wardrobe with drawers and chest of drawers. This room will comfortably accommodate a travel cot. A dormer window gives views of the garden and the countryside beyond.

Bedroom 2

A double room with original beams exposed. The room has a comfortable King sized divan bed, mirror, bedside cabinets with table lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

A dormer window gives lovely views overlooking the hamlet.

Bedroom 3

A smaller double room with original beams exposed. The room has a comfortable Double divan bed, mirror, chest of drawers and table lamp

A dormer window gives lovely views overlooking the hamlet.

Bathroom

A tiled bathroom with a large multi jet hydro-massage shower, vanity unit with mirror and a toilet.

Private Garden

A door from the living area leads to your own private garden with patio furniture, sun parasol, washing line and quality bar-b-que.

A gate from this leads to the play area and pool.
