Sea Spray, Battery Hill, Portreath is our 3 bedroom holiday accommodation. Bedrooms one and two have access to the sun balcony, it has patio furniture to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and just watch the world go by. The views from the lounge and ground floor conservatory are truly stunning and have to be seen to be believed. 



Everything you could need for a fantastic holiday can be found at Sea Spray - fully equipped kitchen, dining room and ground floor shower room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one twin, with fantastic views from the double bedded rooms.

Sea Spray sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and Gulls Roost sleeps 4 in two bedrooms.  We have many repeat bookers who are stunned by the amazing sea views.  There are restaurants and shops in Portreath and one of the best meals can be had at the Basset Arms, our local inn, and only 100 yards from Sea Spray and Gulls Roost - so no need to get the car out and drive.  

Sea Spray was the second property we purchased and it was the seaviews that made us buy it.  Like we said ourselves, if you go to the seaside, you want a cottage where you can see the sea and beach from the property not just sea glimpses like some.  

After we had purchased Sea Spray, we loved Portreath so much we were lucky enough to be able to take on Gulls Roost.  Much work was needed on both properties and we try to keep changing and updating all the time, without spoiling the feel of both the houses.

Our self catering properties are approached by steps which make them unsuitable for the disabled or elderly. The properties are adjoining so they are ideal for families who want self catering holidays together. Sorry but the properties are non smoking and are not pet friendly.
