Beach View House has a large open plan lounge / kitchen /dining area with fantastic views overlooking the sea. It cannot be stressed enough the magnificent views from this property.

The lounge is fully equipped with a flatscreen television, DVD player and Hi-Fi. It also has a settee and two armchairs.

There are patio doors leading out onto a decked terrace with furniture and a separate front garden with a picnic bench to sit & enjoy the stunning views. A gate leads onto the coast path and on towards the beach.

The dining area is equipped with ample dining furniture and a highchair is available free of charge on request - ask for details.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The tumble dryer and washing machine are located in a separate laundry area.

The ground floor bathroom comprises of a bath, wc, wash hand basin and a separate shower cubicle.

The double bedroom has magnificient sea views. It has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a flatscreen television.

Beach View House has a decked terrace with furniture to sit and take in the stunning views. There is reserved parking for 2 cars with local pubs and shops close by, the beach is just 100 yards away.

Beach View House has Electric Central Heating and all electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. There are no hidden extras for these. We can provide you with a travel cot and highchair free of charge. Beach View House, Mermaid, Dolphin and Chymoresk are now Wi-Fi enabled – our Wi-fi is FREE please ask us for more details.
