Our very large one bedroom Paris vacation apartment provides the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. It can also be the ideal pied-a-terre for a young family wishing to explore the city. This Paris holiday let is located on the fifth floor, in a typical Haussmannian building and accessible by elevator. The flat maximises natural light and air while minimizing noise.

From the moment you walk up to the main entrance of the building, through to the beautifully maintained common hallways and into the tastefully decorated Paris vacation apartment itself, you will see that all of its original charm and features have been kept. There is also a laptop computer for your use with a permanent internet connection. The two small balconies from the living room afford lovely views at any time of day or night.

When you enter this Paris holiday let, you are immediately in a foyer. The toilet is to your left with the kitchen directly after it. The large, double sized salon is on your right. The apartment incorporates high ceilings, floor to ceiling double windows, decorative finishes, parquet wooden floors and three marble fireplaces.

Living Area

With the April 2016 renovations, all of the walls have been freshly painted. The wonderful living room has a full sized dining table plus chairs to comfortably accommodate six people.

With the renovations in April 2016, the floor has been stained a darker colour and the walls are more neutral. Furnishings remain the same.

It also has an antique chinese coffee table between the two sofas. For your enjoyment, there is a flatscreen television plus DVD player. For times when you would like to stay 'home' and relax, there is a collection of DVDs for you to watch. One of the sofas can conveniently convert to a bed if you are having guests stay.

Queen Bedroom

Our large, romantic bedroom is complete with antique furnishings. Your Paris vacation apartment also has its own fireplace and parquet flooring add to the old world, relaxed feel.

Kitchen

The fully equipped, separate kitchen has a view onto the salon and it has been recently modernised. There is all that you might require for either a quick snack or gourmet dinner. A new dishwasher was installed in 2016 during the renovations. It is seen in the kitchen photo beside the refrigerator. The kitchen renovations included a new countertop and some updated appliances. The kitchen has an open concept that makes it great for entertaining. This is also the room where you the washing machine is located.

Bathroom

The bathroom was renovated in April 2016 and has a new countertop and shower stall. Access to the luxurious bathroom is through the bedroom. The large bathroom incorporates both a separate shower and full size bath. From the minute you walk into the bathroom, you will have a hard time to fight the urge to take a long, relaxing bath amid the opulent surroundings.
