Villa on the Black Sea is a large detached two-story villa, newly built for the 2010 vacation season.

The villa accommodates up to 5 people and it is located in Phase 3 of “Bay View Villas- Luxury Apartments & Villas”. It is marked as Villa “Rada-13”.

The architectural design is geared to the typical Bulgarian architecture, which combines harmonic and organic unity with the surrounding area. Stone and wood materials are used for the exterior design to produce a natural and relaxing atmosphere.

We offer for rent the first floor of the villa.

It is a stylish and cozy two-bedroom apartment on the ground level with a private entrance. There are floor to ceiling windows in the living area and master bedroom. The flat is spacious and well furnished with ample cupboard space.

The villa consists of:

Large Living room with Plasma TV. The double sofa bed in the lounge is comfortable for sleeping two. Double door leads out onto the patio.

Dining room is equiped with a table for six people.

Fully fitted integrated kitchen. All essential appliances and equipment are supplied for your self-catering accommodation. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle and a toaster.

Cutleries, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils are all provided as well.

The master bedroom has king size bed with en-suite facility (shower), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. French doors open out onto the porch.

The second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite facility (bath tab), large wardrobe and bedside cabinets.

Hall with entrance to additional w/c with toilet and basin.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board.

Air-conditioning keeps the flat cool.

This is a non-smoking villa and no pets allowed.

There are plenty of on-site facilities to make your stay at Villa on the Black Sea as stress-free as possible.

Pool and Sport Bar complex on 3 levels:

• Three level pool with pool bar that includes a child pool, a fun pool, main swimming pool, Jacuzzi and relaxation areas. All pools are connected and the water comes from waterfalls.


• On the 1st level of the complex you will find: pool lounge with billiard tables (pool tables), darts;


• On the 2nd level you can enjoy pre dinner-drinks at Sports Café with bar and grill, cozy traditional style with separated lounges and plasma TVs for television broadcasting of sport events.


• On the 3rd level is located large panorama observation deck with sun beds
