Location and surroundings

Denneville has over 2km of golden sandy beaches which shelve gently into the Atlantic. There are some shops that are open during the season 100m from the house, and out of season there is a butchers, grocers and a very good baker in nearby Denneville Bourg.



There are many tourist sites within easy driving distance including the Mont St. Michel, Bayeux and many typical French fishing ports. The local seafood is excellent, and there are many good Restaurants in nearby Portbail and Carteret.
