The apartment is 100 metre square apartment, having 4 bedrooms, laundry room, living kitchen dining, spare and main bathroom with shower and bath wash hand basin with hot and cold water. The laundry room, living kitchen dining, spare and main bathroom are shared spaces. The airconditioned apartment comes with lots of space, very well equipped kitchen, laundry room and spacious living room.

When one opens the main door, one is approached with a welcoming nicely lit wide corridor. All the rooms are accessible from this corridor.

Starting from the left hand side facing inwards the first room is the spare bathroom. This room has a shower wash hand basin with hot and cold water. The next room is the single bedroom followed by the main bathroom that includes both bath and shower. The next room is a spacious two bedroom including a walking wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a balcony and desk. The room facing opposite to the main door is the laundry room. This room includes the geyser, washing machine and laundry space.

Now on the right hand side of the corridor one is approached with a very large room that hosts 4 beds having 2 desks and walking wardrobe. The next room is also a two bedroom and includes a desk and walking wardrobe. All rooms are very well designed and luminated with led operating energy saver bulbs.

The next room is a large room that hosts the living and dining and kitchen equiped with all amenities and dish washer . When you walk inwards towards the living room one could not miss the highly decorative gypsum unit that captures your attention. The gpysum include a flat screen T.V, telephone and ADSL Wi-Fi equipment that provide internet facilities that broadcast throughout the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with great attention to detail, the lovely south-facing, the sea views and feel the blessing of the sun is amazing.
